These Terms of Service govern the LogiKore website (logikore.com) and the VenueKore platform, the venue-management web application built and operated by LogiKore ("LogiKore", "we", "us"). By using the website or a VenueKore instance you agree to these terms.
1. VenueKore and instances
VenueKore is a web application for venues such as bowling centers, event spaces and entertainment businesses. Each customer runs its own instance under its own domain (for example, Bolera de Cupey). The venue that licenses an instance is the "Customer"; the people the Customer authorizes to sign in are "Users".
The Customer is responsible for who it invites, the roles it assigns, and the accuracy of the business, client and financial data entered into its instance.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Users must keep their credentials confidential and enable the two-factor protection the platform offers. You agree not to:
- access data or instances you are not authorized to use;
- send unsolicited or unlawful messages (email, WhatsApp, SMS) through the platform;
- interfere with, probe or reverse-engineer the service;
- upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
3. Connected third-party accounts
A Customer may connect third-party accounts to its instance, such as an email mailbox (Google, Microsoft, or any SMTP provider), a Clover point-of-sale merchant account, a WhatsApp Business account, or a DocuSeal e-signature account. Those connections are made by the Customer, on the Customer's own accounts, under the third party's terms.
When a Microsoft or Google mailbox is connected, VenueKore uses the granted permission only to send email on the Customer's behalf (booking confirmations, receipts, staff notices and similar messages initiated by the Customer or its Users). VenueKore does not read, list or store the contents of the connected mailbox. The Customer can disconnect an account at any time from the instance's settings or from the provider's security page, which revokes VenueKore's access.
4. Customer data and ownership
The Customer owns the data it enters into its instance. LogiKore accesses Customer data only to operate, support and improve the service, to comply with law, or as the Customer instructs. LogiKore does not sell Customer data and does not use it for advertising.
Payments taken through a Customer's instance are processed by the Customer's own payment provider (for example, Clover). LogiKore never stores full card numbers.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep VenueKore available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, add or retire features. Material changes that affect a Customer's workflow are communicated in advance where practical.
6. Fees and termination
Fees, billing periods and support levels are set out in the agreement signed with each Customer. Either party may terminate under that agreement. On termination the Customer may export its data for a reasonable period, after which LogiKore deletes it from active systems, subject to backup retention.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogiKore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the website or the platform. LogiKore's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
